Discover the sincerity of mediterranean cuisine with this traditional rock fish soup handcrafted in the heart of Provence.
The various fish are delivered fresh to the factory by fishermen from the Bay of Saint-Tropez.

Heat the soup without boiling and serve with croutons rubbed with a little garlic, topped with Fisherman's Rouille and sprinkled with grated Gruyere.
