A must for a Provençal apéritif. The black olive spread called Tapenade is a recipe of selected black olives, anchovies and capers. 

Spread a generous amount on a slice of warm baguette to accompany your glass of Rosé in the early evening sunshine. C'est l'heure de l'apéro !  

Black olives 80%, extra virgin olive oil, capers, garlic (sulfites), anchovie creme (salted anchovies Engraulis encrasicolus 82% (fish), olive oil, red wine vinegar, spices), concentrated lemon juice, aromatic plants, white pepper, Conservative : potassium sorbate.

Keep refrigerated after opening.
