Nougat is one of the gastronomic symbols of Provence - one of the famous 13 deserts of the Christmas celebration but also an all year round staple.
Made in Salernes, this organic white Nougat is a specialty of Angèle Confiserie. A sweet treat filled with crunchy almonds, I can guarantee the second bite will be hard to resist.
