Green Olive Tapenade
A must for any Provençal apéritif. The green olive spread - called Tapenade, is a recipe of selected green olives, anchovies and capers.

Green olives 80%, extra virgin olive oil, capers, garlic (sulfites), anchovie creme (salted anchovies Engraulis encrasicolus 85% (fish), olive oil, red wine vinegar, spices), concentrated lemon juice, aromatic plants, white pepper, Conservative : potassium sorbate.
