Organic Madeleine Preparation

An organic preparation for making 24 madeleines very easily. You'll only need to add butter, eggs and milk to the contents of the bag to make wonderful afternoon treats.

It's Margot and Scarlette, two sisters born on the Ile de Ré, in Charente-Maritime who created Marlette. Passionate about healthy and gourmet cuisine, in 2010 they imagined an original way to use the cereal richness of their region and created Marlette: organic preparations that allow you to cook delicious cakes in a minimum of time!

Marlette makes preparations from organic ingredients chosen for their taste, origin and nutritional value. Among the ingredients, you will find organic flours from the Bonneville farm - stone-ground in an artisanal way - as well as organic flours from small mills located 30km from their manufacturing workshop. Organic sugars are unrefined, they come from sustainable and fair trade chains. 

Melt a bit of chocolate and butter, dip the bottom part of the madeleines in the chocolate and refrigerate for 5mn before savoring - delicious!
Until we get special Pépite madeleine molds, you can get a very nice one at Dille & Kamille.
