It's in the region where my grand father was born that this pasta is made by Laetitia and Eric.
Everything takes place in a beautiful preserved valley in the heart of the Luberon hills between Manosque, Forcalquier and Apt where sun and wind combine perfectly to grow durum wheat.
After the harvest, the wheat is stone-ground, a technique allowing to keep a part of the bran in the semolina and giving the pasta its golden color.
