The Fisherman's Rouille

A traditional Provençal dip with a bold saffron flavour. An absolute must to savour on top of croutons with the Rock Fish Soup.

Rub a few croutons with split garlic cloves and spread the Rouille on top of them. Then drop them in your Rock Fish Soup bowl and add grated Gruyères on top. Delicious, right ? 

Colza oil, whole milk, fresh garlic (sulphites), salt, mustard (sulphites), chillies 2.3%, spirit vinegar 8% of acidity 1.4%, sugar, water, salt, saffron.

Keep refrigerated after opening.
